Something for the weekend? Another round-up of Black Friday deals in what looks like becoming a vintage year for discount bargains.
We've already done one round-up of early deals in Best Black Friday Month 2024 deals in photo, video, tech, and more, which featured kit from Teradek, Wooden Camera, SmallHD, Laowa, Core SWX, Kelvin, VEGAS, and a look at what the big resellers such as CVP and B&H are up to.
Time for another batch. Deep breath...
Blackmagic Design has 20% off on a range of DaVinci goods including DaVinci Resolve Studio ($235), DaVinci Resolve Micro Color Panel ($395), Fairlight Desktop Console ($2445), and the DaVinci Resolve Micro Panel ($665), which we loved when we reviewed it.
Smallrig has a massive sale underway as you would expect with up to 50% off a huge range of kit, 600+ items to be precise. They're throwing all sorts of things into the mix here, including Blind Box deals (one a day, get another one with each order), Christmas gift boxes, limited time offers, and more. Stuff we like includes the RC 60B COB LED Video Light down to $160 and 20% off the All-in-One Video Kit For Smartphone Creators at $135.
An equally Brobdingnagian event underway from Tilta. Its own Black Friday sale features new flash deals every three days, $30 off every $200 in your cart, free shipping, and a free multi-function tool with any orders over $300. Some of the highlights include 37% off the Khronos iPhone 15 Pro / Pro Max ultimate shooting kit (above) at $359, 25% off the Full Camera Cage Plus for Sony BURANO ($495) and more. The company is rotating through a schedule of deals and promises ones involving DJI and the Hydra Alien Pro over the weekend. Check the schedule if you're after anything in particular.
Over 100 deals from ASUS covering Laptops, Displays, Desktops, Motherboards, Components, Networking, and Accessories. They include $50 off the ProArt Display PA278QV, down to $199, and $60 off the ZenScreen MB16ACV down to $149. As you would expect there are some good laptop bargains to be had as well, especially on the gaming side of things (where the pumped up spec can, of course, be useful for other things too). Our favourite is probably the ROG Strix G17 based on the AMD Ryzen 7 6800H/HS Processor (below) which has had $250 taken off its price and can now be had for $949, but there are plenty of others to choose from.
Some impressive discounts up to 50% off on a huge range of Accsoon gear. Standout deals include the CineView NANO for only $99, the SeeMo HDMI for just $74.50, the SeeMo Pro SDI for just $199 US, the CineView 2 SDI TX/RX kit for just $499 US, the CineView 2 SDI TX/RX kit for just $499 US and the CoMo intercom 1 master + 4 remote headset kit for just $909. More details here.
Mobile workstation and cart specialist Inovativ is going for a blanket offer: save 10% off your entire order, 15% off when you spend $1500 or more, or unlock 20% off when you spend $2500 and above.
Plenty of deals from SIRUI with up to 48% off a wide range of products from lenses to tripods, and it's sweetening the deals with some freebies: a free AM-MTA for orders over $300 and a free 3T-R for those over $800 on the lenses front; 50% off a softbox when you buy a C150X lighting combo, and more. It also has 17% off the AURORA Series 85mm F1.4 Full-frame Autofocus Lens, which is coming in at $499 as a result, down from $599. Plenty more: head to the site to check them out.
And we'll park this for now with a quick look at what New York's Adorama is up to. As you would expect there is a huge range of stuff on offer and some real deals to be had. The Nikon Z8 (above) at $500 off and yours for $3469 is a bit of an eye catcher, but $500 off seems to be a popular choice for the company. The Panasonic LUMIX S5II Mirrorless Camera with LUMIX S 20-60mm f/3.5-5.6 Lens is down to $1797, the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV down to $1799 and the Sony Alpha a7 III down to $1298. Switch it up a bit and the discounts get even bigger: you can find $700 off the Nikon Z8 Mirrorless Camera with NIKKOR Z 24-120mm f/4 S Lens ($4397) and a whole $1000 off the Sony Alpha 1 ($5498) if you don't mind being a generation behind.
