The Wireless Micro Camera Kit boasts universal camera connectivity, and the on-camera receiver features both a 3.5mm TRS and USB-C output, ensuring integration with DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, and more. Interchangeable receiver options, including a USB-C smartphone receiver, provide additional flexibility, while Direct Connect functionality allows iOS users to connect via Bluetooth using the free RØDE Capture app.
The 1.1-inch AMOLED screen on the camera receiver offers quick access to controls, while an integrated cold-shoe mount delivers stability and a streamlined setup.
Each transmitter features a built-in microphone with automatic pairing and an omnidirectional pickup pattern to capture sound from most angles. Intelligent GainAssist technology automatically balances audio levels, while integrated clips and magnetic mounts mean you don't have to worry too much about placement practicalities.

RØDE's datasheet on the Wireless Micro Camera Kit gives a transmission range of 100 m / 328 ft and an operating time of 7 hours for both TX and RX. The 490 mAh charging case adds two extra charges to that, providing a total uptime of 21 hours. It takes two hours to charge up to capacity.

Pricing and Availability
RØDE’s Wireless Micro Camera Kit ships worldwide from December 5 and is available to preorder now for $149.
This release also marks the second generation of RØDE’s camera receiver, with the original still available for redemption for any customer who purchased a Wireless Micro USB-C or Lightning configuration before October 30, 2025.
