Avid's latest Pro Tools 2025.10 release is fairly packed with new features and includes immersive audio tools, workflow automation, and improved user guidance features.
Some interesting new features in the latest update to Avid's Pro Tools, with the 2025.10 adding new capabilities across the board and some valuable looking workflow enhancements.
Integrated SoundFlow Automation
Pro Tools now also includes the SoundFlow workflow automation system, which lets users streamline repetitive tasks such as bouncing stems, creating tracks, and session navigation. All Pro Tools users have access to over 1,700 prebuilt macros through the new SoundFlow panel.
Premium SoundFlow subscribers can access extended features, including full macro libraries, Flows, and an AI-driven Session Assistant that executes natural-language commands.
A new “Learn” tab, powered by SoundFlow, provides step-by-step tutorials on tasks such as recording, MIDI editing, and user-interface navigation.
Immersive Audio with 360 Reality Audio
The update adds native support for Sony’s 360 Reality Audio, enabling creators to position sounds around the listener in three dimensions. Built on Sony’s 360 Spatial Sound technology, this integration allows direct creation and editing of 360 Reality Audio projects within Pro Tools.
New features here include:

Conversion between Dolby Atmos and 360 Reality Audio, with stems and settings automatically carried over.

Included limited versions of Audio Futures’ WalkMix Panner and 360RA WalkMix Renderer for Pro Tools Studio and Ultimate subscribers and perpetual license holders on active plans.
New Inner Circle Rewards
The update also adds six new Inner Circle Rewards for active subscribers and perpetual license holders, including:

Acon Digital DeBleed:Snare – AI-based snare bleed removal

Nightfox Audio Rendition Lite – MIDI chord and arpeggio generator

Other Improvements
Additional updates include offline and batch speech-to-text transcription, user interface customization and dark mode support, and MIDI workflow optimizations.
