The new Godox X3Pro builds upon the X3 with a 2.4-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth app support, and expanded control.

The new Godox X3Pro TTL Wireless Flash Trigger takes the company's existing X3 unit and adds a whole lot of new features, with a larger 2.4-inch touchscreen the most visible change.

Up to 16 Groups

It displays four lighting groups simultaneously for real-time monitoring, while also supporting control of up to 16 groups and 32 channels. It provides precise control over each lighting group, enabling independent adjustment of values such as TCM, Zoom Value, and Modeling Lamp. Individual units can be fine-tuned, or changes can be made wholesale across groups via the company's established 2.4GHz wireless X system with its 100 metre range.

It features three specialized shooting modes:

  • One-Shoot: Sends only the trigger signal—ideal for straightforward, single-shooter setups.
  • All-Shoot: Delivers both settings and trigger signals—perfect for group sessions or multi-photographer teams.
  • L-858 Mode: Works seamlessly with Sekonic L-858 light meters, syncing flashes for meter-based control.

Control and Pairing

Godox X3Pro TTL Wireless Flash Trigger 2

It can be paired with the Godox Flash App via Bluetooth for wireless control from phone or tablet. Add the XR/XR S TTL Wireless Receiver for wireless shutter control and universal flash triggering. This allows you to wirelessly trigger Canon, Nikon, and Sony flashes with full TTL support, or activate any studio strobe via the sync port. Otherwise, you need to match the five different available models covering Canon, Sony, Nikon, Fujifilm, and OM System / Panasonic to your setup.

A built-in lithium battery provides up to a month of standby time, while USB-C charging delivers a full recharge in two hours.

It is bigger than the original X3 at 103 g / 0.23 lb and 2.13 × 2.6 × 1.61 in  / 54 × 66 × 41 mm.
