DJI's Osmo 360 II worldwide launch confirms spec, adds pricing

DJI's Osmo 360 II gets its global (sans USA) launch at IFA Berlin, confirming UK and EU pricing for its latest 360 camera, as well as filling in a few gaps on what we know about it.

After a launch in China last month gave us a significant amount of info about the new DJI Osmo 360 II, as ever there is always that bit more detail that comes out when the camera gets its official global launch.

That’s happening today at IFA in Berlin, and, amongst other things, confirms the new camera’s price, with the Standard Combo coming in at £509/from €589. As usual these days, there is no official US availability of DJI products. We’re guessing it will appear for around $599 in Canadian outlets, but will confirm that later.

Here’s what we already knew from the Chinese launch and the small new information gleaned from today’s launch.

DJI Osmo 360 II: what we already knew

DJI's Osmo 360 II launched first in China on 13 August 2026 and we covered its specs extensively then. To recap, it features a native 8K60 360° video from dual 1-inch-equivalent CMOS sensors, dynamic range reported as high as 14.5 stops, and ISO 100-51200. These are impressive numbers. It also provides 120 MP panoramic and 30.72 MP single-lens photos, 16K timelapse, features AI SuperNight 2.0 for low light, and 4K240 slow motion unlocking up to 64x Pano Slow Motion in post.

The camera has replaceable, scratch-resistant lenses based on a new replaceable lens design featuring an ultra-hard optical film for improved scratch and wear resistance, RockSteady 3.0 and HorizonSteady stabilization, a four-mic array with DJI OsmoAudio support, NFC quick connect to the DJI Mimo app, a Spotlight Follow tracking mode, and Gesture and Voice Control. Every video format supports 10-bit color and D-Log M, and minimum stitching distance is 75 cm (29.5 in), or 1 m (3.3 ft) underwater with the Waterproof Case when shooting 360.

Physically it's 61 × 36.3 × 81 mm and 183 g (6.5 oz), with a 2.0-inch, 800 nit touchscreen, IP68 waterproofing (10 m without a case, 50 m with one), and has 128 GB of built-in storage (105 GB available) expandable to 1 TB via microSD. The 2150 mAh battery is rated for 100 minutes of 8K30 recording, with a 22-minute fast charge to 80%.

DJI Osmo 360 II: what we know now

The IFA launch gives us the chance to fill in a bit more detail. For starters, the sensor is now described specifically as the industry's first 1-inch square HDR design, claimed to raise sensor utilization by 25% over a standard rectangular 1-inch sensor at the same field of view.

DJI Reframe, DJI's existing tool for reframing 360° footage inside Resolve (pan, tilt, rotate, zoom, and lens curvature adjustment), is confirmed as extended to the new model. And DJI Care Refresh is also confirmed available for the camera, covering up to two replacements over one year or four over two years.

Pricing and availability 

The DJI's Osmo 360 II goes on sale on September 15. Actual UK/EU figures are now in: the Standard Combo is £509/from €589 and the Adventure Combo £639/from €739. Previously unreported accessory prices: a Lens Replacement Kit at £35/from €39, the Battery Extension Rod at £89/from €99, and a Heavy Duty Clamp Kit at £39/from €49; pricing for the Invisible Waterproof Case is still to come.
