BenQ's Creative Pro PV3250U and PV2750U target color-accurate editing

BenQ has launched the 32-inch PV3250U and 27-inch PV2750U, 4K monitors built for shadow-accurate color grading and video editing workflows.

BenQ has released two new Creative Pro monitors aimed at video editors and post-production work: the 32-inch PV3250U and 27-inch PV2750U. Both are 4K, 120 Hz panels covering 99% DCI-P3 and 100% Rec.709, built on an IPS Black panel with a 3000:1 contrast ratio.

The monitors include a Dark-Tone Clarity feature, part of BenQ's AQCOLOR Technology, which applies a tuned gamma curve for Rec.709 workflows to preserve shadow detail without crushing blacks or shifting tones. BenQ says the panels also maintain corner-to-corner color and brightness uniformity, including at the screen edges.

Calibration is handled via 16-bit 3D LUT hardware calibration, with grayscale tuning and color profiles stored directly on the display so settings persist across system changes. Calibration is managed through BenQ's AQCOLOR Pilot, Calman, or Cloudscape software.

Built-in inspection tools include Shadow Check for reviewing low-luminance detail, Marker for previewing multiple aspect ratios and cropping guides, and Area Zoom for magnifying a selected region without affecting the source image.

Each unit ships factory calibrated with a calibration report, rated at an average Delta E below 1. Both are Calman Verified and Pantone Validated, including Pantone SkinTone Validation.

Accessories include a magnetic shading hood for ambient glare control and a Hotkey Puck for quick access to color modes and preview tools. A single Thunderbolt 4 connection carries video, data, and up to 96 W of power to a Mac.

The 32-inch PV3250U is available now at BenQ.com and Amazon for $1599, with B&H and Adorama listings expected later this month; BenQ is currently offering a $100 discount. The 27-inch PV2750U is due this fall at $1099.
