ASUS ProArt @ NAB 2023: new capabilities at different sizes

1 minute read

Video: ASUS had a busy booth at NAB Show 2023, and introduced new capabilities and features at two rather different display sizes, as well as new graphics cards and the fruits of its liaison with Canon USA.

In the video below, Jerry Wang shows us the two new ASUS ProArt products that were launched during the 2023 NAB Show: the ASUS ProArt Cinema PQ07 is a 135-inch, 4K HDR monitor featuring advanced panel technologies, an ultra-small 0.7815 mm pixel pitch, 2000-nits peak brightness, high contrast and a 95% DCI-P3 color gamut to ensure the best viewing experiences.

The other new product ASUS ProArt had in store was its ProArt Display PA24US, which is the first ProArt model with SDI connectivity and is ideal for real-time on-set previews and playback. This 23.6-inch 4K 3840 x 2160 HDR display has a maximum brightness of 600 nits, true 10-bit color, 99% Adobe RGB, 95% DCI-P3, and Delta E less than 1 color accuracy.

Last but no means least, ASUS and Canon USA joined forces to provide the ability to capture the world in 3D VR 180° VR using the Canon EOS R5 or EOS R5 C camera and the RF5.2mm F2.8 L Dual Fisheye lens. By incorporating ASUS Spatial Vision technology and leveraging Built SR solutions from ASUS’ 3D technology partner Dimenco, the ASUS ProArt Studiobook 16 3D OLED enables content creators to experience glasses-free 3D video and imagery.
