Godox has introduced two new fixtures to its bi-color LED range, the ML80Bi and ML150Bi; compact and modular lights designed to deliver high output in a portable form factor.

The new Godox ML80Bi and ML150Bi have been designed with portability at the forefront. Both operate cable-free through multiple battery options, including the dedicated ML-BA unit, as well as NP-F and V-Mount plates. Built around the company's ML-Z Zoom Lens Reflector, the lights include a range of magnetic accessories and stackable diffusers. Full compatibility with the well-established Godox Mount ecosystem, meanwhile, provides a comprehensive suite of modifiers for shaping, softening, and enhancing light output.

Power & Performance

With the addition of the ML-Z Zoom Lens Reflector, the ML80Bi reaches performance levels comparable to conventional 100W LEDs, while the ML150Bi achieves up to a tenfold increase in brightness.

The ML80Bi achieves 29,600 lux (@5600K, 1m), placing it in direct competition with many 100W lights. The ML150Bi extends this performance even further, reaching 61,054 lux, offering robust illumination for productions that demand higher intensity levels.

Equipped with the ML-BA battery, the ML80Bi sustains over 60 minutes of continuous full-output performance, making it well-suited for location work where mobility is essential. The ML-BA battery powers the lights directly without requiring an additional grip, while interchangeable adapter plates enable seamless integration with V-Mount or NP-F batteries.
