Blackmagic releases DaVinci Resolve 21.0.2, second patch in 8 days

Blackmagic issues its second DaVinci Resolve 21 patch in eight days, adding faster image bypass switching, improved text display, and more.

DaVinci Resolve 21 came out in June, a record seven weeks after it was first announced at NAB. The speed of development work means that it's been a bit buggy, and Resolve 21.0.2, coming out only 8 days after Resolve 21.0.1, is working hard to address the issues.

This update adds faster image bypass switching as well as improved text display in the inspector, while Resolve Studio users also get improved H.265 playback performance on NVIDIA GPUs.

Fusion Studio also improves text display in the inspector, as well as correctly displaying modifiers when switching versions in the inspector.
