In an exclusive preview, Craig Heffernan, Technical Sales Director, Blackmagic Design, show us the latest cameras from Blackmagic. The spotlight was on the URSA Cine 12K Camera, highlighted as Blackmagic's greatest camera (to date) in digital film production.

At the heart of the URSA Cine 12K Camera is its impressive 12K sensor, designed to deliver color accuracy and clarity. Complementing this sensor is a revamped media recording system featuring an 8TB of storage capacity, ideal for high frame rate recording demands. Additionally, the WiFi connectivity facilitates seamless proxy sharing, while Ethernet ports enable direct integration with DaVinci Resolve, streamlining post-production workflows.

"This camera is the greatest camera we have made for digital film production," Heffernan declared, highlighting Blackmagic's commitment to pushing the boundaries when it comes to cinema cameras.

Accompanying the URSA Cine 12K Camera is the Blackmagic PYXIS 6K camera, an entry-level camera suitable for different creators. Featuring a versatile 6K sensor, the PYXIS 6K camera is characterized by its compact box-style design. Its adaptable design allows different rigging options, enabling seamless transitions between handheld and gimbal setups, making it a versatile choice for various scenarios.
