Litepanels expands Astra IP range with new kits, yokes and diffusers

IP Rated Kits

The Astra IP - IP Rated Kits are weather-resistant lighting setups housed in a waterproof Pelican case. They're available in Duo (two-light) or Trio (three-light) configurations using Astra IP 1x1 or Half fixtures. Each kit includes light stands, medium diffusers, power cables, U-bracket adapters, and IP-rated battery brackets supporting V-Mount, Gold Mount, single BP-U, or dual BP-U power options.

Soft Case Kits

The Astra IP Soft Case Kit is a lighter two-light setup in a single carry case, aimed at crews who don't need the full IP-rated kit. It's available in Half Duo, 1x1 Duo, or a combined Half and 1x1 Duo configuration, and each kit includes two fixtures, medium diffusers, and power cables.

Pole Operated Yoke

The Astra IP Pole Operated Yoke gives floor-based tilt and pan control of overhead fixtures, removing the need for ladders or re-rigging in studio setups. It's available for Astra IP 2x1, 1x1, and Half lights, and uses a CNC brass gearbox with an anodized aluminum frame built for permanent grid installations.

Accessories

The Horizontal Mounting Adaptor Bracket lets IP-rated battery brackets mount horizontally on the yoke of Astra IP Half, 1x1, and 2x1 lights without restricting tilt angle. It attaches to the bracket base before clamping onto the yoke, allowing full upward and downward rotation while running on battery power.

The Flat Diffusion Panel range for Astra IP Half, 1x1, and 2x1 fixtures has also been expanded. Alongside the existing medium diffuser, Litepanels now offers Heavy, Medium, Light, Ultra Light, and Super Ultra Light options, all sliding into the fixture's front accessory rails.
