Featuring new lower cost options for attendees, Adobe MAX returns to Los Angeles from October 28 through 30.
There's a lot that takes place at an Adobe MAX event, as our coverage of last year's MAX 24 held in Miami showcases. And it look like there's going to be a lot taking place at this year's one too.
Adobe promises more than 250 expert-led sessions and hands-on labs across eight learning tracks, including a brand-new branding track. Speakers are the usual mix of Adobe leaders and creative luminaries - have a look at the impressively long list here. And, as always, attendees will be among the first to get demos of new features — plus a peek at what’s coming next. Those sneak peaks are legendary and not everything makes it to the pared-down online offering.
Early Bird pricing is currently on offer and anyone wanting to go can register by July 15 to save $400 on the $1995 full price Conference Pass (there's also an advance price of $1795 that covers the period July 16 - September 15). And yes, that's not cheap, but it's worth pointing out that MAX regularly sells out, so there are a lot of people out there that think in-person attendance is worth it.
Thursday Explorer pass now available
To sweeten the pill a bit, and acknowledging that not everyone can spend three full days at the event, Adobe is also offering a one-day pass. As it puts it, this will allow visitors to "attend sessions, labs, and photowalks, check out the Creative Park, and take advantage of onsite Adobe certification testing at no additional charge." Currently this just covers the Thursday, but reduces cost substantially. A Thursday Explorer pass comes in at $499.
Get the most out of MAX
Attendees can also add a day or two of focused learning before the main conference starts by arriving early for pre-conference training, October 26–27.
A one-day pre-conference lab costs $650 and there are nine tracks to choose from, including several on Adobe Premiere Pro. An Introduction to Premiere Pro: Deep Dive into Video Editing promises to take beginners through the software so that they master the basics of starting their first project and walk away with the confidence to make video an integral part of their content strategy. Unleash Your Video Editing Superpowers: Build a Promotional Video is for intermediate users and has suitably loftier ambitions. "Master the full toolbox of Creative Cloud apps to transform Adobe Premiere Pro into your unstoppable editing powerhouse," says the company.
Different options, courses, and bundle prices are all available. Head to the Adobe MAX 2025 site to find out more.
MAX online
And remember, if you can’t attend in-person this year, you can register for MAX online for free to view livestreamed keynotes and Sneaks, and access to online and on-demand sessions. Plus, of course, we'll be covering the event too, so you can follow all the news on RedShark. Miami 24 was great; we're hoping that Los Angeles 25 will be equally as compelling.
