Canon USA has announced rebates on its C300 Mk II and C100 Mk II cameras, with massive savings running into the thousands.

The C100 MK II sees instant rebates of $1500 on the body only, the C100 MK II body with the dual pixel autofocus upgrade, as well as three kits. These kits include body with 24-105 f/2.8 lens, body with 17-55 lens, the C100 Mk II ENG kit and the body with dual pixel upgrade and Atomos Ninja 2.

C300 MK II buyers receive a $4000 instant rebate on both the PL and EF versions of the camera, as well as the body with the Zacuto Z-finder kit. The Zacuto ENG package, which includes the 17-120mm T 2.95, drops by $9000.

There is no indication from Canon whether this is a limited time rebate or whether it reflects a permanent price decrease.

These C100 and C300 cameras and packages are available through Canon USA authorized dealers.
