Storage collaboration platform LucidLink has launched its latest innovation: the LucidLink Panel for Adobe After Effects. This new integration within Adobe’s motion design platform gives a workflow uptick for creative editors and graphic artists by facilitating maximum playback performance directly within After Effects.

After launching the LucidLink Panel for Adobe Premiere Pro at Adobe MAX 2023, this new integration promises to improve workflows now for After Effects, enhancing efficiency and productivity for users across the creative industry. One of the key highlights is the ability for creative artists and designers to proactively cache only the necessary media within their compositions in the application.

The range of functionalities includes the ability to pin and unpin composition content, search for clips and compositions, load footage directly into the viewer, access clip metadata, and copy LucidLink links. LucidLink also plans to introduce bin and folder pinning directly within the app for both Premiere Pro and After Effects.

The LucidLink integration for Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro is compatible with macOS and Windows across different platforms. LucidLink panels for Adobe Creative Cloud video applications are available on Adobe Exchange.

You can also find this integration at NAB (Booth SL2080).
