Tilta is serving both ends of the market with its latest camera cages for two of the hottest cameras of the season: the DJI Osmo Action 6 and Fujifilm GFX ETERNA 55.

We'll start with the Full Camera Cage for the DJI Osmo Action 6, as the camera is out and available to purchase (the GFX ETERNA 55 is shipping out to resellers but not publicly available just yet).

DJI Osmo Action 6 Full Camera Cage

A multifunctional camera cage compatible with the DJI Action 6 and precision designed for what Tilta says is a seamless custom fit.

This system supports additional accessories via mounting points such as a 1/4″-20 Thread with Locating Points, a Cold Shoe Receiver and compatibility with the DJI Magnetic Connector.

The power button and card slot remain open for fast card swaps and charging, while the removable battery side cover allows for fast battery swaps without removing the cage.

The top of the cage features an ergonomic button extension for easier access. This can also be swapped with other optional button caps for unique looks.

Optional filters can be attached, such as ND filters for better exposure control on sunny days and a Circular Polarizer Filter (CPL) which gives better control over light reflections.

Also available is a Base Kit version. This adds a Magnetic Baseplate that mounts bi-directionally and features an additional 1/4″-20 thread.

Price and Availability

The Full Camera Cage for the DJI Osmo Action 6 is available in black or titanium gray for $26 ($29 list). The Base Kit version is $35 ($39 list).

Fujifilm GFX ETERNA 55 Full Camera Cage

At the other end of the spectrum, the Full Camera Cage for Fujifilm GFX ETERNA promises full coverage, precision design, and uncompromising protection, engineered specifically for the GFX ETERNA.

Tilta says the left-side arm connects seamlessly with the top and bottom plates, creating a solid, unified structure that enhances durability and reinforces the camera body.

The cage features an integrated external record button that passes through to the camera’s native button, allowing fast, unobstructed recording access even with the side arm in place.

Replacing the camera’s original rear mounting plate, the cage adds multiple threaded mounting points for accessories such as wireless transmitters, power modules, and external monitors.

It also includes a built-in 15mm rod mount for follow focus motors or other rod-based accessories above the lens which can be especially useful for gimbal builds or any other configuration that could benefit from the decreased weight of not using a baseplate.

The top plate provides two secure points of contact with the camera body for increased rigidity and includes a custom monitor cable clip for clean and stable cable management while also being fully compatible with the DJI Ronin 2

The bottom plate supports Tilta Standard Dovetail and the company's 19mm adapter baseplate, while also featuring 15mm LWS rod mounts for matte boxes and other dual rod based accessories.

There's another version here too in the shape of the Camera Cage for Fujifilm GFX ETERNA Pro Kit (shown above).

For expanded mounting flexibility, this adds an  L-Bracket monitor mount with multiple 1/4″-20 threads and a NATO rail at the base. This is paired with a rotatable EVF bracket, which features a dampened tilt axis for precise and ergonomic EVF positioning.

Additionally, the cage includes a NATO rail with 1/4″-20 threads that can mount directly to the camera’s original top handle and includes a handle extension for more comfortable operating and increased accessory mounting options.
