NANLUX has introduced the YK-E-EVL Motorized Yoke-L for its Evoke 5000B and Evoke 2400B LED spotlights, offering expanded pan and tilt ranges with smoother repositioning and enhanced controls on set.
Built to match the IP66-rated design of the Evoke fixtures, the new Motorized Yoke-L delivers reliable pan and tilt operation in challenging environments and is engineered for professional lighting workflows.
The yoke’s pan axis spans 540°, completing a full motion in around 47 seconds, while the tilt axis covers 270° in about 26 seconds, reducing the need for manual repositioning of the light. A high-strength motor supplies up to 40 N·m of torque on the tilt axis (20N·m on the pan) enabling smooth adjustments under heavy loads. It should also help maintain set angles without sagging when powered off.
Constructed from magnesium alloy, the yoke balances strength with payload capacity and incorporates a self-locking mechanism that secures its position after adjustments. Manual adjustment remains possible when required, with a quick-release plate and included T-handle simplifying fixture detachment.
It weighs 16.56 kg (36.51 lb), with the Motorized Yoke Truss Adapter adding a further 3.06 kg (6.75 lb).
Control options mirror the flexibility of the Evoke fixtures themselves, with buttons and knobs on the yoke’s control panel for precise angle adjustments and a Centre button that resets pan and tilt to zero. Wired control is available via EXT, DMX/RDM, and Art-Net/sACN, while built-in Bluetooth and CRMX support enables wireless adjustments through the NANLINK App and compatible devices.
An optional flight case constructed from aluminum with rolling wheels is included for easier transport and frequent on-set use.
The standard Motorized Yoke-L kit is priced at $2290, with a flight case version at $2490, excluding local taxes. Both are shipping now.
