RØDE's Wireless Micro is now not only the smallest, simplest and sleekest wireless microphone it has yet produced, it's also the most colorful.
RØDE has introduced new color options for its Wireless Micro microphone, now available in red, orange, and blue, alongside the existing black and white versions it launched with at the tail end of last year.

'Watch this space sounds' interestingly like there is more to come, either for the Wireless Micro itself or for other mics in the RØDE soundscape.
It's already been quite a year for the Wireless Micro, which recently underwent a permanent 33% price cut and repositioning at a very attractive $99. It's still the same size though; definitely small at a mere 12 grams (0.42 oz) without magnet, 18 grams (0.63 oz) with, and measuring just 40 x 20 x 17 mm (1.57 x 0.79 x 0.67 in).
The visibility of wireless mics has been a point of much debate recently, with plenty of eyerolling regarding prominent manufacturer logos appearing on the devices. We're not sure that adding such vibrant colors to the mix exactly tamps that down, but at least it takes things into bright new directions.
