The new Ultimatte 12 is ready for the new generation
RedShark at IBC 2017: One of the latest acquisitions by Blackmagic Design is the Ultimatte keying system, and it has now had a major overhaul to enable it to cater for the latest generation of technologies.
The industry respected Ultimatte keying system has now been released in its 12th incarnation by Blackmagic Design. Promising all new processing algorithms, 4K capabilities and 12G-SDI, the system is all set up for the latest generation of high definition broadcasting. Stuart Ashton from Blackmagic gave us a rundown of the new capabilities as we spoke to him at IBC 2017.
