Under a month after first revealing it was in development, Adobe says Premiere on iPhone is already now available in the App Store.
We liked the sound of Premiere on iPhone when it was announced a few weeks ago, and, judging from the sheer amount of people that read the article, so did everyone else. We also had a close-up demo of it from Jason Druss on the IBC2025 show floor, and he *really* likes it.
So, very good to see that the journey from announcement to released product has been a short one and the app is available to download as of now from the App Store.
Many elements of Premiere’s desktop experience have been ported to the iPhone version. The color-coded multi-track timeline and dynamic audio waveforms are all familiar, as is the welcome the freedom to trim, layer, and fine-tune with frame-accurate precision. Everything below has been reengineered for mobile.
AI audio tools such as Enhance Speech for clearer voice recordings and Generative Sound Effects.
Generative AI features including stickers, background expansion, and image-to-video tools.
Access to a library of free stickers, fonts, images, and royalty-free music.
Export options for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and other platforms, with resizing and auto-framing support.
Premiere on iPhone is generally available worldwide in the App Store today. Premiere on Android is in development. Premiere on iPhone is a free app with powerful mobile editing tools for all users. Upgrade plans are available whether for additional storage or generative AI credits, and are priced at $7.99 a month or $69.99 a year.
And, as a bonus, it seems to work fine on the iPad...
