Accsoon releases CineView M7 Pro Triple-Monitor Kit for multicamera vertical capture

Accsoon's CineView M7 Pro Triple-Monitor Kit puts three wireless 7-in monitors in one V-mount-powered cage, making it a practical solution for multi-camera and vertical capture workflows.

Accsoon has taken an interesting new approach to on-set monitoring with its new CineView M7 Pro Triple-Monitor Kit. This consists of three of its 7-in CineView M7 Pro monitors bundled into a single powered rig, aimed squarely at directors who need multi-angle coverage without the traditional cable chaos.

The logic is fairly straightforward: instead of three separate monitors on separate stands with separate power runs, you get a dedicated cage holding all three units with centralized V-mount power, meaning the whole system runs off a single battery. The rig can mount to a C-stand or light stand or even run handheld, which makes it practical for fast-turnaround multi-camera setups.

As the pictures show, it is very much aimed at vertical capture workflows. This seems an interesting choice from the company, but presumably they know how their customer base is using their devices on set.

Detailed spec

Each of the three M7 Pro monitors offers a 7-in, 1920 x 1080 touchscreen with 1000 cd/m² brightness, DCI 4K60 input via HDMI, 1080p60 via 3G-SDI, and SDI-to-HDMI cross-conversion. The integrated dual-band wireless receiver in each unit can pull a 1920 x 1080 signal from up to 366 m (1200 ft) away.

Monitoring tools include false color, zebras, histogram, waveform, vectorscope, and 3D LUT support. This is the full set you'd expect at this level.

The kit ships with a hard carrying case, which, given you're transporting three monitors at once, is a very sensible inclusion.

Pricing and availability

The Accsoon CineView M7 Pro Triple-Monitor Kit is available now and priced at $2999.
